The New York Times Feature – "When Your Biological Clock Is Ticking, Dating Can Feel Like a Sprint"

I recently had the opportunity to share part of my story in The New York Times, discussing what it’s like to date while your biological clock is ticking — and how that pressure can sometimes cloud judgment.

In the article, I talk about realizing I was settling for relationships that didn’t truly serve me, all because I wanted to become a mom. That awareness led me to freeze my eggs at 35, and later, to become a single mother by choice at 39. It’s a decision that brought me peace, purpose, and freedom.

If you’ve ever felt the weight of timelines, expectations, or fertility decisions, you’re not alone. Book an Ask Me Anything session — let’s talk about anything from dating pressure to egg freezing, IVF, hormones, or finances — all the real parts of this journey.
